Processing Time
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within the U.S.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping to Canada
For orders shipping to Canada, we charge a flat shipping fee of $17 USD. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

FAQ Regarding to Shipping

Lost packages

Due to the nature of these circumstances a lost package issue will have to be claimed with the shipping service provider. Packages should be insured. In cases where you see that the tracking number displays "delivered" but can't find your package please contact the shipping service provider or reach out to us for support. Please note, once we ship an item, it is out of our responsibility shipping time and lost pckages.

Delays

As mentioned, once an item is shipped it is out of our control how the package is handled. If you observe any delays from our end (like no tracking number after 7 days of purchase) please contact us. We will always make it right.
